Arrow Solutions is searching for the next IT Leader to oversee the Service Desk support at a fast-growing I.T. managed services company. If you enjoy protecting companies from security breaches, and prefer working for companies who are the only ones who provide a comprehensive solution to company needs… Then our client is looking to bring you aboard!

This is a 6-month Contract-to-Hire opportunity.

Compensation: $47.00-$61.00/hour


  • 5+ years’ experience managing and developing an I.T. Managed Services team, including supporting helpdesk and on-site service engineers
  • Computer and IT industry hardware and software knowledge including professional certifications such as: MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, ConnectWise CCPA, Cisco CCNA, VMWare VCP, etc.
  • Experience gathering requirements and designing hosted cloud solutions (Azure), designing Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery solutions, and familiar with IT compliance (CMMC, PCI-DSS, NIST, HIPAA)


  • As a part of the executive leadership team, you will oversee all MSP service and support department people, processes, and technologies
  • Consult with prospective clients to develop and implement tailored technology solutions for their complex business needs
  • Effective planning and tracking technician utilization on-site and off-site including dispatching, project assignment, help desk assignment, on-call assignment, and other job duties
  • Manage Technology staff including hiring, mentoring, coaching, training and appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary

Relationships, Reports and Benefits

The IT Service Desk Manager will report to the President and work closely with all facets of the organization. Key co-workers will consist of the Director of Procurement and Project Management, Director of Managed Services, Controller, Social Media and Internet Senior Coordinator, Technical Production Manager, and other departments to assure operational efficiencies and profitability.

Salary plus benefits is based on experience and performance.
